With no initial outlay, you get a brand new printer which is serviced and supplied with toner regularly. You can what you want with the old one or we will take it away. Many organisations have used them for homeworking staff.

Copiers

If you have a copier anyway, it can also be used for printing from the network. After the initial outlay, price per copy works out much cheaper than desktop printing. It is, therefore, worth considering using the copier as your major printer for the office.

Document Management

What's more, because it has a very quick scanner within the copier, it is ideal as front end to a document management system.

Document Management Systems can be very expensive indeed. The copier we have identified has an i-Option that means that, after initial outlay, there are no extra costs.
