We use industry standard IT Management Software called Kaseya.

This not only allows us to solve most of your problems remotely, it means that we can create an inventory of your hardware, software and licences very quickly. It also shows whether hard disks are filling up and what printers are attached.

When welcoming a new customer, this allows us to assess your systems and to start to pin down any performance problems you may be having.

As a contract customer, you will receive an annual updated audit.
